Can you delve into the detail to help us improve our digital channels?

Waverley is embarking on a comprehensive digital improvement programme. We are looking for a Website and Digital Media Officer to support the Website Manager to roll out improvements across the council.   

In this role you will be instrumental in developing customer focused services online and be responsible for managing and developing our social media channels.

You will be able to analyse statistics and performance data and make recommendations on how the council prioritises areas for improvement.

You will also need to develop relationships with different audiences and take personal responsibility to ensure tasks are completed.

The role requires someone with excellent written, organisational and analytical skills, and good attention to detail.
