Strategic HR Analyst

Godalming, South West Surrey

£24,945 – £27,412 per annum

Are you excellent at research and translating data into graphs and reports?

Do you have experience of working in HR and take the need for confidentiality for granted?

You will actively support the Strategic HR Manager and other Heads of Service with:

  • research and data analysis.
  • preparing reports and making recommendations for metrics to measure impact/progress of HR policies and practices such as:
  • salary competitiveness, talent management, succession planning, equality and diversity, performance management and staff engagement.
