Service Improvement Officer

Up to one year contract - maternity cover
Are you self motivated and are able to work individually and as part of a team to deliver projects?
Do you have good communication skills to support daily contact with Housing tenants, other Council services and external agencies?
Do you have a highly analytical approach to work and are able to make sound adjustments based on evidence?
We are looking for someone to support continuous improvement in housing services by providing a policy and procedure development, research, performance evaluation and monitoring resource. The role also supports the Service Improvement Manager in responding to new legislation and developing and implementing service improvement projects.
18.5 hours, working pattern to be discussed at interview stage.
