Projects and Regeneration Lawyer 

South West Surrey

Salary £36,018 to £39,729 per annum plus £4,000 market supplement (FTE)

Do you want the opportunity to work on high profile legal cases?

You will be a lawyer who is confident and customer focused. 

Working within a busy team you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to respond to the challenge of providing high quality legal advice across a range of council services. 

You will be a key advisor to the Council’s Housing Delivery Board and key strategic projects, together with advising on contracts relating to building new social housing and further developing the Council’s social and leisure assets.
