Benefit Assessment Officer

Your skills will include good all round knowledge of state benefits and with good It skills and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in an assertive but empathetic manner.
You will have experience working in a customer focused environment with the ability to put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
This post is full time, however all applications will be considered.
