Family Support Team Coordinator

Do your skills currently include conducting early help assessments, working with children and adults, working in a multi agency capacity?
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a forward thinking team, supporting families who may have complex needs and who may require some intensive outreach support and co- ordination of services, to help them move forward.
You will be a team player, IT literate able to keep accurate case records. You will need to advocate on behalf of families and participate in action planning, case management and multi agency meetings. You will receive appropriate training and regular line management and clinical supervision.

18 month contract.
